06Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on secure servers in Nigeria and/or the EU. We retain personal data as follows: active clients — for the duration of the project plus 5 years (for tax/legal compliance); enquiries not converted — 12 months from last contact; marketing subscribers — until you unsubscribe; backup data — deleted within 90 days of primary data deletion.

Under the NDPR and GDPR, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); receive your data in a structured, portable format; restrict processing while a dispute is resolved; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

08Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest; access controls and role-based permissions; regular security audits and penetration testing; and staff training on data protection best practices.
Despite our measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for any accounts with us.
